Open Course Prices Please note that we reserve the right to vary our prices. Prices for each Course can be found on our price list sheet. Bookings Bookings can be made by completing a booking form or by telephone; however telephone bookings must be confirmed in writing. Your booking will be unconfirmed until we receive your signed booking form and payment or an order number. Cancellations and substitutions (scheduled courses) No charge will be made for cancellations providing KJR Training Ltd receives these at least 10 days before the course start date. Cancellations within 7 days of the course will incur the full course fee however in some circumstances transferring onto another course may be possible at the discretion of KJR Training Ltd. (an administration fee will apply) only one transfer will be allowed per booking. External Course Prices External Courses Prices vary on location and training course. Cancellations of External Training courses. External Training cost is for a maximum of 8 Persons per course. If you have to cancel an External course, the following charges will apply: More than 1 months’ notice – No charge 1 - 4 weeks’ notice – 50% of total cost Less than 1 week notice – Full cost of course All cancellations must be confirmed in writing Attendance Late Arrivals for a course or are absent from any session, we reserve the right to refuse to accept you for training if we feel you will gain insufficient skills or knowledge in the time remaining. No refund will be given. Certificates Initial certificates are included in the course fee providing the candidate is successful. All certificates are sent to the invoice address. If replacement first aid certificates are required for any reason a £15.00 (excluding VAT) charge will apply. Payment Payment must be made with booking unless alternative arrangements have been agreed with KJR Training Ltd in writing. Certificates will not be issued until full payment has been received. Late payment of an invoice will incur a fee of £25.00 per month overdue. All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT. Credit payment TERMS OF PAYMENT 1. Subject to any special terms agreed in writing between the Client and KJR Training Ltd shall be entitled to invoice the Client for the Price on or at any time after delivery of the Training course or the Client wrongfully fails to attended the training course within the agreed period, in which event KJR Training Ltd shall be entitled to invoice the Client for the full cost. 2. The Client shall pay the Price within 30 days of the date of KJR Training Ltd invoice Limitation of liability KJR Training Ltd shall not be liable for any loss suffered by the customer including loss of profits arising out of performance of the contract by KJR Training Ltd or its sub-contractor.
